Pinterest Recipe Hits!

I don’t know about you but I LOVE Pinterest! I use it for everything but especially a recipe book! Anything you fancy making is one simple search away…no bulky books to store, no sticky pages to fight with. I have made a ton of recipes found on Pinterest over the years and here are five dishes that have definitely been a hit….(click on picture for link to recipe!)

I made this one on Thanksgiving and it was amazing! I don’t even like brussel sprouts and I couldn’t get enough of this recipe…fairly easy to make and to make it low carb just swap the breadcrumbs for crushed walnuts! (I did that another time I made it, super good!)

These are super simple and so good. I made these for a 4th of July celebration a couple years back and I think they were all gone inside of an hour. πŸ˜‰ Great item to bring to a barbeque or potluck too…

This is such a simple yet delicious side dish that will go well with just about any event or main dish. πŸ™‚

This was something I made just recently that turned out amazing! I tweaked the recipe a bit, added heavy cream instead of half and half with flour (because why?) and I didn’t have fresh garlic on hand (gasp) so I used powdered….don’t shoot me but it actually turned out great! I also added extra spinach because what seems like a lot of spinach actually cooks down to nothing. Also, I just remembered that’s probably because I added extra orzo too….I was feeding a lot of people. πŸ˜‰

I definitely saved the best for last…full disclosure, I’ve never actually had the Zuppa Toscana soup from Olive Garden so I can’t speak to how much of a copy this really is…what I can say is it is utterly amazing. So rich, creamy and flavorful…I ate way more of this than I should have. I have yet to try the lower carb versions but I bet you could simply leave out the potatoes with this recipe and it would still be amazing…..definitely going to have to try that and let you know! πŸ™‚

So there you have it, just a few recipes from the awesomeness of Pinterest that are actually super good and I know so because I have made them! πŸ˜‰ Feel free to follow myΒ Food and Drink Board on PinterestΒ for more recipes I have pinned! Coming soon…the best desserts I have made from Pinterest! Prepare to drool….
